EDITOR'S NOTE: Resolution 11-78, passed September 25, 1978, authorizes the combining of the City Health District with the County, pursuant to Ohio R. C. 3709.07, into the Chillicothe-Ross County General Health District. Three members of the seven member Board of Health are City appointees. Officers of the Board are elected or appointed as provided in Ohio R. C. 3709.11.
