132.01 DEPARTMENT OF URBAN RENEWAL.

The Department of Urban Renewal shall be headed by the Director of Urban Renewal, who shall be responsible for the administration of urban renewal programs and related operations. He shall provide information to and advise the Planning Commission on urban renewal matters and shall advise any committees established by Council to deal with urban renewal and related matters.
