121.031 FIRE DEPARTMENT COMPOSITION.

   (a)   The number of employees in each classification in the Fire Department shall be as follows:

      1 Fire Chief.

      1 Assistant Fire Chief.

      3 Battalion Chiefs.

      6 Fire Lieutenants.

      37 Firefighters.

   (b)   The Fire Chief is hereby authorized to utilize up to eight (8) Inspector positions with extra remuneration as authorized by the agreement between the City and the bargaining unit representing the firefighters.
