121.03 POLICE DEPARTMENT COMPOSITION.
   The number of employees in each classification in the Police Department shall be as follows:
      One Chief
      Three Captains
      Six Sergeants
      Forty-five Patrol Officers
      Three Clerk-Typists.
      One Information Technology (IT) Professional.
