It shall be the duty of the manager, owner or lessee of any hotel or motel to post the provisions of Section 1511.01 in a conspicuous place in each room occupied by guests in the hotel or motel, and it shall be the duty of the manager, owner or lessee of any rooming house, lodging house, apartment house, tenement house, convalescent home, hospital, child care facility or similar place of abode, to post the provisions of Section 1511.01 in a conspicuous place upon the premises.
