119.03 INVESTMENT POLICY.

(a) Council hereby authorizes the establishment of an “Investment Policy” for the City. This policy is now required under Substitute Senate Bill #81 and must be filed with the State Auditor’s Office.

(b) This policy is to be followed by the Treasury Investment Board of the City as established in Section 119.01 and is to be executed by the City Auditor.
