As used in Sections 917.18 and 917.19, certain terms are defined as follows:
(a) "Recyclable" means any item of solid waste which may be reclaimed and which is considered saleable pursuant to determination by the Director of Recycling. (Ord. 94-96. Passed 9-23-96.)
