There is hereby established and approved Stormwater Management and Erosion and Sediment Control Regulations. Stormwater Management and Erosion and Sediment Control Regulations are on file at the offices of the Chillicothe City Engineer and Chillicothe Utilities Department, 35 South Paint Street, Chillicothe, Ohio. A copy of said regulations shall be made available to any person at a copying cost of ten dollars ($10.00).
