713.03 USE OF YOCTANGEE PARK.

No exhibition or activity mentioned in Section 713.01 shall be permitted in Yoctangee Park or the City Park Annex during the period of the year when baseball and/or softball games are scheduled on Diamond 1 (Pete Wright Field) and/or Diamond 5 (Bolmer Field), unless expressly approved in advance by Council.
