13-132-260 Cast-in-place concrete piles – Construction.

(a) Metal Casings. Permanent metal casings shall in all cases be used with cast-in-place concrete piles. Each casing shall be inspected before filling with concrete, and shall not be acceptable if the casing has buckled or otherwise been damaged in such a way as to affect materially the load-bearing capacity of the pile.
