ARTICLE IV. CONTROL OF EMISSIONS OF ORGANIC SUBSTANCES (11-4-990 et seq.)

11-4-990 Emission limitations.

   No person shall cause or allow emissions in excess of the limitations promulgated by the State of Illinois Pollution Control Board, as set forth in Part 215 of 35 Illinois Administrative Code; Organic Material Emission Standards and Limitations, as amended from time to time.
