18-13-320 Chapter 3 [RE] of IECC - Adopted with modifications.

The provisions of Chapter 3 [RE] of the International Energy Conservation Code are adopted by reference and shall apply with the following modification:

1. SECTION R301 CLIMATE ZONES. Delete R301.1 through R301.4. Revise R301.1 to read:

R301.1 General. Whenever the term “climate zone(s)” is used, the term shall mean “Climate Zone 5” as defined in Table R301.1.
