18-11-1118.2.2.2 Historically interpreted buildings – alteration costs 15 percent or more.

   If a historically interpreted building owned by a governmental unit or privately owned undergoes alterations which cost more than 15 percent of the reproduction cost of the public facility as defined in Section 18-11-1102.1, the requirements of Sections 18-11-1118.2.2.2.1 through 18-11-1118.2.2.2.8 shall be met.
