18-11-1118.2.2.1 All historic buildings – alteration costs 15 percent or less.

   If the cost of alterations to any historic building, facility or site is 15 percent or less of the reproduction cost of the public facility as defined in Section 18-11-1102.1, the element or space being altered shall comply with Section 18-11-1118.2.2 if the conditions of Section 18-11-1118.2.1.2 are met. Alternative requirements for historic buildings of Section 18-11-1118.2.3 may be substituted for the requirements for new construction.
