18-11-1117.1.1 Maintenance.

A building, facility or element that is constructed or altered to be accessible in accordance with this chapter shall be maintained accessible during occupancy.

Exception: This requirement shall not apply to accessible elements within owner-occupied Type A units, owner-occupied Type B units or owner-occupied attached multi-story single-family units with separate means of egress in planned developments required by Section 18-11-1107.5.4.1.
