18-11-1116.4.3 Clear floor or ground space.

At least one clear floor or ground space complying with ICC/ANSI A117.1 shall be provided at the location where the railing height required by Section 18-11-1116.4.2.2 is provided. If no railings are provided, at least one clear floor or ground space complying with ICC/ANSI A117.1 shall be provided.
