18-11-1114.4 Clocks.

If clocks are provided for use by the general public, the clock face shall be uncluttered so that its elements are clearly visible. Hands, numerals and digits shall contrast with their background either light-on-dark or dark-on-light. If clocks are mounted overhead, numerals and digits shall comply with the requirements of ICC/ANSI A 117.1 for visual characters.
