If a public pay telephone is provided in a transit facility (as defined by the Department of Transportation) at least one public TTY complying with ICC/ANSI A117.1 shall be provided in the station. If four or more public pay telephones serve a particular entrance to a rail station, at least one TTY telephone complying with ICC/ANSI A117.1 shall be provided to serve that entrance.
