18-11-1111.4 TTYs.

TTYs complying with ICC/ANSI A117.1 shall be provided in accordance with Sections 18-11-1111.4.1 through 18-11-1111.4.10. A required TTY shall not be located at a telephone that is to be wheelchair accessible unless it is the only telephone in the facility or at the specific location.
