18-11-1109.6.3 Elevator within a dwelling unit.

If an elevator provides access from the required accessible entrance to other levels in a Type A unit, a visitable unit or attached multi-story single-family units with separate means of egress, the level containing the required accessible entrance is required to contain habitable space in accordance with Sections 18-11-1107.7.2.3, 18-11-1107.5.4.3.3 and 18-11-1107.5.4.1.1.3, respectively.
