18-11-1107.5.5.5 Dwelling units provided by entities subject to HUD Section 504 regulations.

If dwelling units are provided by entities subject to regulations issued by HUD under Section 504 of the Rehabilitation Act of 1973, as amended, dwelling units with accessible features shall be provided in accordance with Sections 18-11-1107.5.5.5.1 and 18-11-1107.5.5.5.2.
