18-11-1107.5.5.2 Type B units.

   Every dwelling and sleeping unit intended to be occupied as a residence shall be a Type B unit complying with Section 18-11-1107.7.3.

   Exception: The number of Type B units may be reduced in accordance with Section 18-11-1107.6, provided that on any level that contains a Type A unit, all other units intended to be occupied as a residence on that level must be Type B units.
