18-11-1107.5.4.3.8 Controls.

Light switches and electrical outlets on the entrance level shall be mounted within reach ranges complying with ICC/ANSI A117.1. If redundant controls are provided for a single function, only one control is required to be mounted within reach ranges complying with ICC/ANSI A117.1
