18-11-1107.5.4.3.6 Toilet room.

At least one toilet room with a water closet and a lavatory shall be provided on the entrance level. The room shall provide sufficient maneuvering space such that the door is capable of being closed with a person using a wheelchair in the room. A turning space is not required within the room, but there shall be a minimum 30 inches (762 mm) by 48 inches (1219 mm) clear floor space at the water closet and lavatory. If a cabinet is provided under the lavatory, the clear floor space shall be positioned for a parallel approach to the lavatory.
