18-11-1107.5.4.1.1.8 Controls.

Light switches, thermostats and electrical outlets shall be mounted within reach ranges complying with ICC/ANSI A117.1. If redundant controls are provided for a single function, only one control is required to be mounted within reach ranges complying with ICC/ANSI A117.1.
