18-11-1107.5.4.1.1.6 Toilet room.

At least one toilet room complying with the Type A dwelling unit requirements of ICC/ANSI A117.1 that contains a water closet, lavatory and bathtub or shower shall be provided. All other toilet and bathing facilities in the unit shall comply with the requirements of ICC/ANSI A117.1 for Type A dwelling units or Type B dwelling units. At least one toilet room with a water closet and a lavatory shall be provided on the entrance level. This provision is not intended to require more than one toilet and bathing facility in a dwelling unit.
