18-11-1107.5.4.1.1 Design criteria for attached multi-story single family units with separate means of egress.

   Attached multi-story single-family units with separate means of egress may be designed and constructed as Accessible units in accordance with Section 18-11-1107.7.1 or in accordance with the design criteria in Sections 18-11-1107.5.4.1.1.1 through 18-11-1107.5.4.1.1.9.
