18-11-1105.2 Dwelling units.

The entrance doors to all dwelling units in buildings that are 4 stories or more in height and contain ten or more dwelling units shall comply with the door requirements of ICC/ANSI A117.1.

Exception:

1. Attached multi-story single-family units with separate means of egress in planned developments.
