Structures, sites and equipment directly associated with the actual processes of construction including, but not limited to, portable toilet and bathing units for use exclusively by construction personnel, scaffolding, bridging, materials hoists, materials storage and construction trailers are not required to be accessible. Temporary pedestrian circulation routes around a construction site are not exempt from the requirements of this chapter.
