The board of health shall have the same control over all food and food products intended for human consumption sold or offered for sale in any wholesale drug, chemical or paint store, when such food or food products are handled therein, as is given to it by this Code in the case of similar products handled in any other kind of store, shop, factory or establishment where the principal business is handling such food or food products.
