4-232-320 Violation – Penalty.

Except as otherwise provided, any person who violates any of the provisions of this chapter shall be fined not less than $200.00 nor more than $500.00 for each offense, and every day that any violation of this chapter shall occur shall constitute a separate and distinct offense.
