13-40-135  Exterior concrete masonry unit walls.
   Every application for a permit to construct a building that includes any residential occupancy with any part of an exterior wall constructed of concrete masonry units shall be accompanied by a drawing or plan detailing the weather-proofing measures, including but not limited to, flashing, weep holes, sealants and caulking.
