(A) Except as provided in division (B) of this section, all signals required by the provisions of this traffic code, when given by hand and arm, shall be given from the left side of the vehicle in the following manner, and the signals shall indicate as follows:
(1) Left turn, hand and arm extended horizontally;
(2) Right turn, hand and arm extended upward;
(3) Stop or decrease speed, hand and arm extended downward.
(B) As an alternative to division (A)(2) of this section, a person operating a bicycle or electric bicycle may give a right turn signal by extending the right hand and arm horizontally and to the right side of the bicycle or electric bicycle.
(C) Except as otherwise provided in this division, whoever violates this section is guilty of a minor misdemeanor. If, within one year of the offense, the offender previously has been convicted of or pleaded guilty to one predicate motor vehicle or traffic offense, whoever violates this section is guilty of a misdemeanor of the fourth degree. If, within one year of the offense, the offender previously has been convicted of two or more predicate motor vehicle or traffic offenses, whoever violates this section is guilty of a misdemeanor of the third degree.
(D) If the offender commits the offense while distracted and the distracting activity is a contributing factor to the commission of the offense, the offender is subject to the additional fine established under § 70.99(B).

It shall be unlawful for any person to move any vehicle left standing on a highway by another person, unless it is with the consent or by the direction of the owner or person in charge of the vehicle, except in or in connection with the performance of their duties by members of the police force and of the fire force and by employees of the division of highway maintenance and except for the purpose of clearing the way for transit vehicles.

Where the vertical clearance between an overhead structure and any point of a roadway surface underneath the structure is 14 feet or less, the owner or person in control of the overhead structure shall mark the clearance height to the next lowest full 6-inch increment by a sign of the size and type prescribed by the safety-service director.

No person shall within a congested district turn any vehicle except to the right or left at an intersection or a driveway.

No person shall, when approaching an intersection, whether or not the intersection is equipped with traffic-control devices or signals, drive or operate a motor vehicle over, upon, across, or through an entrance, driveway, or premises at the intersection and on to the intersecting street, unless the entrance is clearly intended to be used by the general public for such purpose.
