For all vehicles and trains of vehicles, excluding fire force apparatus, it shall be unlawful:
(A) To operate any vehicle or train of vehicles incapable of being turned upon a radius of 40 feet or less;
(B) To operate any vehicle longer than 35 feet, except motor vehicles of a passenger- bus type, whose length shall not exceed 48 feet;
(C) To operate any train of vehicles including more than two trailers, or more than one semitrailer and one other trailer;
(D) To operate any train of vehicles longer than 60 feet, except as is provided in division (F) of this section;
(E) To operate any train of vehicles consisting of a motor vehicle and a semitrailer, which train is longer than 45 feet;
(F) For the purposes of the traffic code, the length of a train of vehicles shall be taken as its overall length when coupled, and the length of a vehicle or train of vehicles shall be taken as the overall length of the vehicle or train of vehicles and of any projecting portion of its load.

It shall be unlawful to drive a vehicle upon any highway in a weaving or zigzag course, unless such irregular course is made necessary by traffic exigencies.

(A) No person shall ride on any vehicle, on any portion thereof not designed or intended for the use of passengers when the vehicle is in motion, nor shall any operator knowingly permit the same.
(B) This provision shall not apply to an employee engaged in the necessary discharge of a duty, or riding within a truck body in space designed for merchandise.

RIGHT-OF-WAY
(A) When two vehicles approach or enter an intersection from different streets or highways at approximately the same time, the driver of the vehicle on the left shall yield the right-of-way to the vehicle on the right.
(B) The right-of-way rule declared in division (A) of this section is modified at through highways and otherwise as stated in this traffic code or R.C. Chapter 4511.
(C) Except as otherwise provided in this division, whoever violates this section is guilty of a minor misdemeanor. If, within one year of the offense, the offender previously has been convicted of or pleaded guilty to one predicate motor vehicle or traffic offense, whoever violates this section is guilty of a misdemeanor of the fourth degree. If, within one year of the offense, the offender previously has been convicted of two or more predicate motor vehicle or traffic offenses, whoever violates this section is guilty of a misdemeanor of the third degree.
(D) If the offender commits the offense while distracted and the distracting activity is a contributing factor to the commission of the offense, the offender is subject to the additional fine established under § 70.99(B).
