§ 72.25 PASSENGERS ON VEHICLES.
   (A)   No person shall ride on any vehicle, on any portion thereof not designed or intended for the use of passengers when the vehicle is in motion, nor shall any operator knowingly permit the same.
   (B)   This provision shall not apply to an employee engaged in the necessary discharge of a duty, or riding within a truck body in space designed for merchandise.
