(A) A violation of any provision of § 130.02 shall be a misdemeanor, punishable by a fine of not more than $500 and/or 93 days in jail.
(B) A violation of any provision of § 130.03 shall be a civil infraction.

(C) Any minor child or other person willfully violating the provisions of § 130.17(A) shall, upon conviction, be punished by a fine not to exceed $100 or by imprisonment in the County Jail not to exceed 90 days or both such fine and imprisonment in the discretion of the court.

(D) Any person violating any provision of this chapter for which no specific penalty is otherwise provided shall be subject to the provisions of § 10.99.
