§ 130.17  JUVENILES IN TAVERNS; EMPLOYEES; FOOD ESTABLISHMENTS.
   (A)   No minor person under the age of 18 years shall enter in, frequent or remain in any tavern, saloon, barroom or other place within the corporate limits of the city where spiritous or other intoxicating liquors are sold, given away or furnished for consumption upon the premises, and no proprietor, keeper, manager or other person shall permit any such child to enter in, frequent or remain in any such place or shall encourage or induce any such minor child to enter in, frequent or remain therein.

   (B)   Division (A) above of this section shall not be construed to prevent the lawful employment of any minor child pursuant to the provisions of the laws of the State of Michigan now, or which may hereafter become effective.

   (C)   Division (A) above shall not be construed to include, within its purview, any restaurant, hotel, or place of amusement, the principal business of which consists of furnishing food, lodging or legitimate forms of amusement and wherein the service of spiritous or intoxicating liquor is incidental thereto.
