§ 159.02 RELATIONSHIP TO ZONING ORDINANCE.

This chapter is closely related to and shall be interpreted together with the Zoning Chapter, Chapter 158. All terms contained in this chapter shall have the same meanings as when used in Chapter 158, unless the context clearly indicates otherwise. However, in the event of any conflict between this chapter and Chapter 158, this chapter shall control.
