§ 162.01 DEFINITION.

   For purposes of this chapter, MOBILE SIGN shall mean any sign designed for use and display out-of-doors which is mounted on a trailer with locking devices, or which is otherwise capable of being easily transported or moved from place to place. MOBILE SIGN does not include banners.

§ 162.02 PROHIBITION OF MOBILE SIGNS.

   No owner of a mobile sign, and no owner or occupier of land, shall place, allow to be placed or allow to remain on any land within the corporate limits of the village any mobile sign.
