§ 162.99 PENALTY.

Any person violating §§ 162.02 or 162.03 shall, upon conviction, be punished by a fine of not less than $250 and not more than $750. A separate and distinct offense shall be regarded as having been committed each day upon which said person shall continue any such violation.
