§ 162.04 NUISANCE DECLARED.

Any mobile sign in violation of § 162.02 is hereby declared to be a nuisance. In addition to any other remedies, the village may apply to a court of competent jurisdiction for an appropriate injunction ordering the owner or occupier of land with a nonconforming mobile sign to abate the nuisance.
