(A) General. Any person convicted under this chapter shall be subject to a maximum penalty of 90 days in jail, or an equal amount of time of community service, or any combination thereof not exceeding 90 days, plus $500 fine, plus actual costs of prosecution, plus mandatory restitution to victims.
(B) Continuing violations. In addition to the penalty provided in division (A) of this section, any condition caused or permitted to exist in violation of the provisions of this Code, or any ordinance, shall be deemed a new and separate offense for each day that such condition continues to exist.

ARTICLE III. MANUFACTURED HOMES
Minimum specifications for manufactured home construction (including the home plumbing, heating, and electrical systems) shall be those established in the United States Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD)'s Manufactured Home Construction and Safety Standards (24 C.F.R. 3280), if the home was built on or after June 15, 1976, the effective date of these standards, per 24 C.F.R. 3282.1(a). Section A119.1 of the ANSI (American National Standards Institute) code shall be the minimum construction standard for manufactured homes built before June 15, 1976. A manufactured home whose construction is altered may be required to comply with codes established under 1972 PA 230, the Stille-De-Rossetti-Hale Single State Construction Code Act.
The following definitions shall apply:
MANUFACTURED HOME. A structure, transportable in 1 or more sections, which is built on a chassis and designed to be used as a dwelling, with or without a permanent foundation, when connected to the required utilities, and includes the plumbing, heating, air conditioning, and electrical systems contained in the structure.
MANUFACTURED HOUSING COMMUNITY. A parcel or tract of land under the control of a person, upon which 3 or more manufactured homes are located on a continual, nonrecreational basis, and which is offered to the public for that purpose, regardless of whether a charge is made therefor, together with any building, structure, enclosure, street, equipment, or facility used or intended for use incident to the occupancy of a manufactured home. A PERSON, as used in this definition, means an individual, partnership, association, trust, corporation, or any other legal entity or combination of legal entities.

A manufactured housing community shall provide each community resident immediately upon occupancy with written information indicating whether the local government provides a severe weather warning system or designated shelters. If a warning system or shelter is provided, the information shall describe the system and the nearest shelter location.
