§ 15-57 PEST AND ANIMAL CONTROL.

A manufactured housing community operator shall maintain the community in a condition reasonably free of health and safety hazards resulting from insects, rodents and other animals in the care of residents. Accordingly, the manufactured housing community shall comply with the provisions of MDEQ Rules R325.3361, R325.3363 and R325.3372.
