§ 15-53 DISASTER, SEVERE WEATHER.

A manufactured housing community shall provide each community resident immediately upon occupancy with written information indicating whether the local government provides a severe weather warning system or designated shelters. If a warning system or shelter is provided, the information shall describe the system and the nearest shelter location.
