(a) Whoever violates any provision of 509.01 to 509.05, shall be fined not more than five hundred dollars ($500.00). Each day such violation continues shall constitute a separate offense.

(b) Whoever violates Section 509.06 shall be fined not more than one hundred dollars ($100.00) for the first offense. For a second, such person shall be fined not more than five hundred dollars ($500.00). For a third and subsequent offense, such person shall be fined not more than five hundred dollars ($500.00) or imprisoned not more than thirty days, or both.
