(a) Businesses and institutions, including, without limitations, all schools and school bands, in the City are permitted to operate with sound pressure levels of up to 110 dB, measured at the property line, on Fridays, Saturdays, and days prior to legal holidays (as specified in West Virginia Code § 2-2-1) from 7:00 am until 11:30 pm.
(b) School band practices and performances may also be conducted during organized school activities and events from 7:00 am until 10:00 pm on each day of the week other than Friday and Saturday, as specified in Section 527.02(a).
(c) Other exceptions to this ordinance are available only be special activities permits issued by the City. (Ord. 2022-006. Passed 8-1-22.)
