EDITOR'S NOTE: The City Council has adopted a Comprehensive Plan as the same has been certified to it by the Planning Commission and has declared the same to be the Comprehensive Plan for the physical development of the City of Charles Town. Copies are available at City Hall. There are no Sections in Article 1351.
