(A) In addition to the fees enumerated in § 150.10, an applicant shall also pay the fees set forth in this section:
(B) Any special meeting of the Village Board or Planning and Zoning Commission (PZC) shall be $250.
(C) The fees of any court reporter attending any meeting or public hearing on behalf of the applicant or the village.
(D) The fees of the Village Engineer, the Village Attorney and any other person engaged by the Village Board in reviewing and processing any application. Said fees shall be paid by the applicant upon the presentation of statements to the village.
