§ 37.999 PENALTY.
   (A)   Any person found guilty of violating, disobeying, omitting, neglecting, or refusing to comply with or resisting or opposing the enforcement of any of the provisions of §§ 37.55 through 37.65 and §§ 37.75 through 37.85, upon conviction thereof, shall be punished by a fine of not less than $25 nor more than $500. Each day of violation shall constitute a separate and distinct offense.
   (B)   Any person found guilty of violating, disobeying, omitting, neglecting, or refusing to comply with or resisting or opposing the enforcement of any of the provisions of §§ 37.110 through 37.118, except when otherwise specifically provided, upon conviction thereof, shall be punished by fines of not less than $25 and not more that $500. Each day of violation shall constitute a separate and distinct offense.
