§ 37.55 ENTITLEMENT.
   This subchapter shall be known and cited as the “Village Privilege Tax on the Purchase of Motor Fuel at Retail Subchapter,” and the tax herein imposed shall be known as the “Village Privilege Tax on the Purchase of Motor Fuel.”
